Overview:

Voltsecure was contracted to deliver a comprehensive electrical upgrade across a multi-storey office block in London Wall. The project formed part of a wider refurbishment programme, aimed at modernising building systems to support new tenants and increased power requirements.

Our Role:

Over a 14-week period, Voltsecure successfully carried out:

- Upgrades to MCCB panel boards to increase capacity and future-proof distribution

- Installation of new power supplies to support HVAC and tenant infrastructure

- Management and coordination of minor building works, including ceiling installations and structural adjustments (delivered via trusted subcontractors)

- Close collaboration with main contractors and site management to ensure delivery within tight timelines and with minimal disruption to surrounding businesses

The Result:

The office block now benefits from enhanced electrical resilience, increased supply capacity, and a refreshed interior layout ready for occupation. Voltsecure's ability to integrate electrical expertise with coordinated building works made us a key delivery partner on this successful project.
