Overview:

Voltsecure was engaged to undertake a major fire and electrical systems upgrade in a large commercial building in Bristol. The goal was to allow the premises to be subdivided into four self-contained office blocks.

Our Role:

- Full fire alarm installation across two floors

- Segregation of electrical supplies to support division into four separate units

- Adjustments to power distribution and lighting systems

- Panel board upgrades to support new load profiles and layouts

The Result:

The Cube now benefits from a safer, more flexible electrical and fire protection setup. The changes support future tenancies and enhance the building's value and compliance with modern standards.
